Victory Negroni - 31.3% - Pour over ice in a rocks glass and garnish with an orange zest
1919, Florence, a man of, clearly impeccable taste, asked a bartender for a punchier version of the Americano cocktail. The bartender replaced the standard soda water with Gin! Now, we weren’t around in 1919 but we do love the Negroni. We combine Victory Cold Distilled Gin, Victory Bitter and Italian Sweet Vermouth for a new imagining of a classic, less sugar and completely natural.
Victory Martini - 39.3% - Stir down with ice, to chill and dilute. Strain in to a glass and garnish with an onion or olive
Ah, the Martini. Is there any other cocktail that personifies and embodies class and sophistication like the Martini? Infinitely modifiable and personal, yet steadfast and known. The story of the invention of this titan has been lost to history. Our version uses Lillet Blanc and a touch of Fino Sherry in a 6:1 ratio.

Victory Vesper - 38.3% - Stir down with ice, to chill and dilute. Strain in to a glass and garnish with a lemon zest
Bond. James Bond. The Vesper cocktail was thought up in the book Casino Royal published in 1953, the first novel by the British author Ian Fleming. Fleming’s character, James Bond, orders a very specific mix at the poker table. The drink is as enigmatic and bold as Bond himself. Victory Cold Distilled Gin, Victory Vodka (pre-release!) & L.N.Mattei Quinquina.
Victory Gimlet - 33.3% - Shake with ice, to chill and dilute. Strain in to a glass with no garnish.
So the story goes that the Gimlet was promoted and drunk by British officers back in the 19th Century to ward off scurvy whilst on long voyages. The Gimlet is a simple mix of lime cordial and Gin. We elevate this classic with a touch of Chartreuse Green.
