The 2017 vintage of Forty Hall Vineyard's Sparkling Brut is made in the traditional Champagne method from organically grown Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay grapes tended and harvested by hand by the volunteers at Forty Hall Vineyard in North London.
